Ms Jan Nunes of American Baptist Homes of the West promised me in December 2005 after a failed re-certification meeting with the building administrator, Jamal Graham that she would inter-mediate any conflicts I was having.

Immediately after that failed meeting, I spent more than an hour and a half on an 800 dialed number with her to their corporate office ---- SOBBING, CRYING, and is complete distress over what had been happening to me in my life. Human Elizabeth, I am being drawn again to tears as I remember these events.

Her promise was empty. It took me over and over and over to press her for a mtg on the issue of why I needed to sit down with her to discuss things. All of the time in mental anguish over all of the continuing persecution elements still happening in my life.

I had not yet gotten any way to express myself without the aid of both email and/or my computer. I wanted to bring my computer to this meeting. Attempts to assert a "common business level" standard --- fail. She would ONLY discuss issues over the PHONE. This again is WRONG.

Her promise empty. Are the words of equal ideal promise mentioned in the Paseo Del Oro Apartment newsletters also as empty? Taken now Feb/2009 resources of such the remarkable merits as SpokenVoice.Org --- are you willing to take the extra preparatory time to such a type of meeting/affairs that I am now proposing?

If not, you all suck! What is going on to make you suck at what are basic communication, business, and community, standards in the year 2009? Make way for CHANGE!

[To Public]: I am a tenant of Paseo Del Oro Apartments in San Marcos, CA, USA. This is a hud low income housing apartment complex.

There are communication issues I am having with my attempts to bring positive change into the community in which I live.

Among other issues that I know could be placed into action for the betterment of our community,

An issue still remaining outstanding since October first introduced with Ms. Elizabeth Degado, Community Manager of Paseo Del Oro Apartments is to have their corporate citizenship participation in the World Community Grid. Many of my emails directed to their web domain [ @nationalcore.org : National Community Renaissance ] are returned back to me error code 554 : Denied.

Therefore, I have no other option but to resort to paper waste by faxing my communication messages. This method dysfunction -- but may service a higher reason --- to make sure all of my communcations to their office are filed [ TENANT FILE: James M. Driskill, Apt 165 ]

Of all of the events that was [ or still is ] happening at Allen Temple Manor, Jan Nunes of American Baptist Homes of The West was the most in line to have placed some real moral and ethical standards to the duress that was happening to me and others there. Eviction case after Eviction case after Eviction case... no body was doing anything to save the community from going into homelessness from the predator called a Building Administrator. In my view, she is the most evil one to blame --- for she knew the duress I was in on a one and a half hour call on an 800 number to their corporate office.

Attempts to involve Doctor Robert C. Scott, honored as founder of Allen Temple Manor in November 2005 Forward to find control over the chaos fails. Still he will not talk even on the phone with me.

Like Sharon Dejamal, Doctor Robert C. Scott is another named person here that would have insider information to what was [or still is] going on in that community.

In my new residence in San Marcos, CA.... the role that the Building Administrator served up in Oakland is called "Community Manager".

MARLON T. RIGGS was a producer, director, and writer, who graduated with honors from Harvard in 1978, and received the MA from UC Berkeley, where he later taught Documentary Film in the Graduate School of Journalism. His films include Tongues Untied, the acclaimed account of Black gay male life; and Ethnic Notions, for which he was awarded the Emmy. Mr. Riggs' work has been published in the anthology Brother to Brother, as well as in arts and literary magazines, including High Performance, Black American Literature Forum, and Art Journal. A media activist, he testified before the U.S. Senate, and wrote extensively on the issue of censorship. Yep, I have been here in Cheyenne since Sept 11th. Sort of had a mid-life crisis after my birthday on Sept 1st and hit the road to no where specific. Heading north from San Bernardino I arrived in Reno NV where I could have headed west... I would have arrived in Oakland. But I decided to head East and started running out of $$ around Cheyenne.

That was September 11th. I stayed in a shelter for a while but now have my own apartment with a 6 month lease that is up at the end of April. I may decided to continue heading east toward Chicago. U been there right?

One Happy Two Happy will I get more? I need more. For really really birthday 2005, in the Isaac events happening right now is setting me back to remembering my 40th birthday in Oakland CA. The cross over of 40th and Katrina means that I would nor could ever be able to forget this birthday. That birthday I received no birthday wishes from anyone but my parents. Even then those well wishes received were dashed to dust in my heart of self-worth of in the processing of being purposefully made human damaged goods. The events that I describe here are true. I have never have written this out to the public view ever. This is composed directly composed right now directly from my memory. When a visitor came to share time which crossed over into my birthday at around 1:30am. The disrespect that this man [ Paul S ] initiated a series of wild way conflicts and a heated dialogue began to get loud happening inside my home apartment at the geolocation [ 37° 45'27.44"N 122° 11'4.00"W ]. I have not yet got to the most outrageous part of this story yet. Everything that happened in this event was documented into my email. So an argument starts at around 1:30am which was just after we got back from a walk around town, Oakland, actually East Oakland, yes "The Hood". That walk started around 9pm. The reasons for this shared walk, for sure I was not going to let him walk the streets alone from what he described was his destination and eventual return. For what priority purpose would it be that he and then we needed to go out at 9pm to walk because the bus route for this dd not run after hours. This was a basically square route from home marker up to north 73rd Ave to Bancroft Ave then east to off Bancroft to one of those side streets probably Dante to what would be odd for me to pickup his needed item out of the bushes there. I already knew what the item was before we began this walk and yes I agreed to this. Once he grabbed that thing which was real and I saw it. We had to walk southward to International Blvd where I do believe the bus stop is at 101st or 103rd ave. rd. This walk and short bus ride back to 76th and International Blvd happened over and into my birthday September 1st 2005. I personally have very high suspicions over all of the actual reasons why this walking task needed to happen right then. What needed to be picked up was a cell phone charger. I saw it and it was in the bushes. Would I have done this for person that I first time met? No. Paul was someone who had visited with me once or twice before. Paul also had a profile on MH. For this time of visit crossing my into birthday, he called me up and said that he was homeless and was sleeping at bus stop and wanted to stop by my place for whatever but manly to crash. I previously had some tentative plans for my birthday with [ Chad Realup ]. Chad is a person to home in my interpersonal relations I had placed the ID of RealUp[human] onto his street cred. As such, Chad was given in CC: most of what was happening to all of this story from previous days prior to my birthday and way way forward the eventual outcome. He never bitched, moaned, or complained about the emails that I was sending him. So he is my trust source that this story is true. It was actually Chad who I had a tentative plan to meet on my birthday. But as Paul was crashed out in my bed in the middle of the day, Chad calls and I have to explain the station. Of course we had to cancel our plans. Paul got up whatever time it was and then cleaned up my kitchen for it was a mess. He would not cook upon my stove as it was. Then he started to then prepare a rather large batch of raw beans. There were no problems but he used my phone to talk with someone who had this item and had no transposition to get my place. The beans were on the stove cooking when all of this was occurring the clock ticking toward 9pm. So we decided to do this walk. Paul's first disrespect observed when all things being considered by me when leaving. My request, turn off the beans. This is where Paul began to bicker with me a bit in my home with and absolute attitude and intolerance of me somehow starting to peer through. I should not have to explain myself, but had to. I said "No Turn Off the beans". He said, "why?" and I said, "Are you crazy? Fire hazard of course. We are walking and actually we don't have any real time of knowing what time we will be back." He said to me "no" again. And with an attitude I know showed through, "Absolutely not!" The beans were turned off and we left. Now what does two people do in a walk of such length? Talk of course. No, I could not do that. For he was constantly SHHHH SHHH me to be quieter. I must assume that all of this is because a black man walking with a white man in the hood might be a bit noticed by others and danger could arise. In the most recent period weeks prior, a directive letter to all tenants was delivered in regards to after hours policy. Which of course it was after hours and that policy directive states that guests leaving the building must be escorted to the building front entrance to verify they have left the building. My apartment was unit#307. I kept telling him this was the policy at Allen Temple Manor and that I must escort him down out of the building. I was not going to get in any kind of trouble here especially considering the loud ruckus. I tried to find my copy of the policy, which at that heated moment was lost to know where it was. Anyway what his response to me was, whether true or not, he exclaimed! "I am a deacon at Allen Temple Baptist Church and know Pastor [ called by name ] and don't have to follow the rules." and walked out my front door into the hallway which I immediately followed him. He entered the elevator and I found myself in an emotional battle in which he signals to me physical violence is about to occur onto me. This site is now defunct, but at the time even on June 21st 2006 with a personal visit to the FBI, this site and account shows this hacked account time reference as well as the text data within the profile was modified but my photos that were used in the creation of this were left in tact. Why and How this account was created, it was intended as a "trap account" and to catch the myriad of communication contacts and then flames I was receiving for many many months first identified in February 2005 with the phrase "fucked up human" in my writing. On this very specific site which had the unusual feature available to retrieve account details to outside non-login direct linking. I already had a profile of me, which I removed completely but created a new profile with a very specific name basically mirroring my established profile data. These profile/account names are not as important here but as to the process that established. These names would just serve to distract the reader here. There were photos uploaded and this profile was of me . The status of login times 7 is numerically noted as "good luck" to myself for this action. After that login, I intentionally changed the password to a long set of randomly typed characters that I copied into the memory clipboard so that I could copy/paste them into both "new password" and "confirm password" value fields. This account went live so that I then established a process in my communications being sought for and being receives --- everything I going in/out was captured. Outgoing was the reveal of this account. As it shows it shows, it eventually got hacked by someone outside of the known set standard of possibility. One might think with my skill set within information technologies, I did this to myself. I actually never involved myself with that type of skill set knowledge. To for the record, working on the other side of this to the catching the source of this situation, I went to the FBI to attempt resolve. If this was me, what would that serve and would never go to the FBI with false information in any way, I would get myself intro trouble highly likely. At the time in 2005, there were no laws on the books for cyberstocking/cyberharrassment but this in fact is a federal crime of cyber hacking. But the FBI agent at the time who who talked to me during that intake of this to me, told me that since there were no monetary damages, it being an for entertainment purposes account only, the FBI would not be able to assign assets and create a case investigate. If this occurred today, that could not be their answer to me. I said, "I guess it just serves as a community warning flag I guess". His confirmation was, "Yes". The other thing of useful information that he confirmed to me in regards to my @fuckeduphuman.net domain. The first part of my trip was to join with the group from the StageCoach Drop In Center [ Peak Wellness Support Group ] on their field trip to Harvest Farm on Saturday. There is a full mini bus of people heading from here in Cheyenne to Harvest Farm around 8:45am.. Then from there, will be heading to ftc to the library. At this point in the plan, JB and I are most likely going to be driving following the bus. I was originally planning on going by myself and then library and then possibly meet up with you. But JB's sister just had surgery and he wants to go visit with her down in Denver. So we are going to put all of this together, I guess. Do you want to meet JB? I tried to tell those close to me, then every single person I met.

In order to obtain and maintain a level of respect and honor among Facebook friendship [ or any other type ] relations, a reason or understanding should be given back to the source posting person if just a deletion action occurs. What is wrong with this concept?

First off, reasoning begets respectful dialogue over dismissal, indifference, and discrimination. This might bring reasoning offered to the poser to alter the posters perceptions and/or behaviors. It can be established to modify or make a correction so that the relationship never gets to any kind of offensive level. Matters resolved in their moment. As taking a test in school, on a multiple choice set of solutions, please choose the best answer. This is the best answer.

Most importantly, deletion without explanation should it not be for reasons classified close to CENSORSHIP but more for right of style, this mechanism should be a feature of Facebook postings and control of view. It is currently not.

You can dislike something, disapprove of something, or even desire to hide something from general or other outside friendships viewing but remain for self and poster view [ 1 to 1] and remain a part of respectful offerings and receiving of post content. In other words respected by not DELETED thus not CENSORED.

That feature is not yet something Facebook considers honorable sharing mechanics.

In real life, if a friend gave you a piece of paper to read, or a photograph to see, or a video or DVD to watch, there is something respectful that occurs.

You either read it or view the photos, or play the video, or you give it back to them and say to them "No Thanks" or some other polite reply of non interest.

Even in stranger encounters in various situations in public like on the street corner, this is the appropriate way of being to each other, of our collective society, and of culture, and of community.

Not appropriate would be if someone hands you a piece of paper and you take it, then 5 steps later drop it to the ground to blow in the wind.

What an ASSHOLE you would be as the person who is handing out those papers or anyone else for that matter around you sees you do this right in front of them. You would not risk such an obvious scene in public.

In your automated thinking, you just know that is not right.

Sure, you can stuff it away, intending to never attempt to read it, or keep it in your hand and throw it away at your next passing garbage can around the corner. I am sure like most of us, you have already done something similar. I admit it, I have. At least you put it somewhere not to litter and somewhere out of sight, keeping some class of yourself above that ASSHOLE imagery I just described on the street.

We are not on the street and we are not littering in our shares here on Facebook. But in the societal and ethical views of proper stance, these ideals should be mirrored here on facebook.

Once you create a post, it is assigned a unique URL that never is reassigned. We can consider this a permanence to the attempt in sharing. If it is just deleted, the URL does not go away and remains the reminiscence [ liter ] of a human action toward another. If the attempt at sharing by first action is in good faith but just dismissed and put down and trashed to the gutter by second action delete, without regard or attempt of understanding, this is called OPPRESSION OF IDEAS.

4. Extend Coverage Using HomePlug Powerline ($40+ for Router-to-Outlet Adapter and $70+ for AP/Adapter)

If you really need to boost your signal, you can extend your coverage easily by using your building's electrical wiring. Like the method discussed in the next section, "Adding Access Points," you would be adding another wireless AP to your network.

However, instead of running Ethernet cables, you would use powerline adapters to transmit data through the electrical lines.

To power your lines with network connectivity, you would just plug in an adapter at an electrical outlet near the router and hook a cable between them. Then from any other plugs in the home or office, you would plug in an adapter or adapter/AP combo.

If you use an adapter, you could run an Ethernet cable directly to a computer or to an AP. If you use the combo device, you would instantly have additional wireless connectivity.

I say that the Theory of Evolution and the notion of the actual truth presence of god are compatible. Here is why. So in one time aspect of the creation of the universe, god did not yet exist and in the next moment god did exist. Similarly, as now god is a entity of intelligence that could now begin to manipulate the complexities of life constructs to form new life species. The equation as applied to the creating of human life, what once applied to the microcosm to macrocosm change creating god, there was once no god and now there is god, the microcosm to macrocosm change creating human, there was once no human and now there is human. They both follow the exact same structure of Theory of Evolution of which the first event occurring on a timetable scale of passing time duration very vast upon the next event which brought humans or just prior the various diversity of other complex life forms upon our planet earth. Yeah. I'm on my bf's phone plan and I damaged my phone beyond fixing it. So I had to get a replacement phone soon insurance which had to be mailed to Cheyenne. I picked up my new phone phone here will be here through the weekend.
